The Noble Qur'an طسٓمٓ ﴿١﴾ |
English - Sahih International Ta, Seen, Meem.(1) |
The Noble Qur'an تِلْكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ ٱلْمُبِينِ ﴿٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International These are the verses of the clear Book.(2) |
The Noble Qur'an لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعٌ نَّفْسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُوا۟ مُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers.(3) |
The Noble Qur'an إِن نَّشَأْ نُنَزِّلْ عَلَيْهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةً فَظَلَّتْ أَعْنَٰقُهُمْ لَهَا خَٰضِعِينَ ﴿٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International If We willed, We could send down to them from the sky a sign for which their necks would remain humbled.(4) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَا يَأْتِيهِم مِّن ذِكْرٍ مِّنَ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ مُحْدَثٍ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهُ مُعْرِضِينَ ﴿٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And no revelation comes to them anew from the Most Merciful except that they turn away from it.(5) |
The Noble Qur'an فَقَدْ كَذَّبُوا۟ فَسَيَأْتِيهِمْ أَنۢبَٰٓؤُا۟ مَا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يَسْتَهْزِءُونَ ﴿٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International For they have already denied, but there will come to them the news of that which they used to ridicule.(6) |
The Noble Qur'an أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا۟ إِلَى ٱلْأَرْضِ كَمْ أَنۢبَتْنَا فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ زَوْجٍ كَرِيمٍ ﴿٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind?(7) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(8) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ع ﴿٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(9) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِذْ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئْتِ ٱلْقَوْمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ ﴿١٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International And [mention] when your Lord called Moses, [saying], "Go to the wrongdoing people -(10) |
The Noble Qur'an قَوْمَ فِرْعَوْنَ ۚ أَلَا يَتَّقُونَ ﴿١١﴾ |
English - Sahih International The people of Pharaoh. Will they not fear Allah?"(11) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ ﴿١٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "My Lord, indeed I fear that they will deny me(12) |
The Noble Qur'an وَيَضِيقُ صَدْرِى وَلَا يَنطَلِقُ لِسَانِى فَأَرْسِلْ إِلَىٰ هَٰرُونَ ﴿١٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International And that my breast will tighten and my tongue will not be fluent, so send for Aaron.(13) |
The Noble Qur'an وَلَهُمْ عَلَىَّ ذَنۢبٌ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقْتُلُونِ ﴿١٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And they have upon me a [claim due to] sin, so I fear that they will kill me."(14) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ كَلَّا ۖ فَٱذْهَبَا بِـَٔايَٰتِنَآ ۖ إِنَّا مَعَكُم مُّسْتَمِعُونَ ﴿١٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Allah] said, "No. Go both of you with Our signs; indeed, We are with you, listening.(15) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأْتِيَا فِرْعَوْنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International Go to Pharaoh and say, 'We are the messengers of the Lord of the worlds,(16) |
The Noble Qur'an أَنْ أَرْسِلْ مَعَنَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ﴿١٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Commanded to say], "Send with us the Children of Israel."'"(17) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ أَلَمْ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدًا وَلَبِثْتَ فِينَا مِنْ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ ﴿١٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Pharaoh] said, "Did we not raise you among us as a child, and you remained among us for years of your life?(18) |
The Noble Qur'an وَفَعَلْتَ فَعْلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِى فَعَلْتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ ﴿١٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And [then] you did your deed which you did, and you were of the ungrateful."(19) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ فَعَلْتُهَآ إِذًا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ﴿٢٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Moses] said, "I did it, then, while I was of those astray.(20) |
The Noble Qur'an فَفَرَرْتُ مِنكُمْ لَمَّا خِفْتُكُمْ فَوَهَبَ لِى رَبِّى حُكْمًا وَجَعَلَنِى مِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿٢١﴾ |
English - Sahih International So I fled from you when I feared you. Then my Lord granted me wisdom and prophethood and appointed me [as one] of the messengers.(21) |
The Noble Qur'an وَتِلْكَ نِعْمَةٌ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَىَّ أَنْ عَبَّدتَّ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ﴿٢٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And is this a favor of which you remind me - that you have enslaved the Children of Israel?"(22) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٢٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Said Pharaoh, "And what is the Lord of the worlds?"(23) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ ﴿٢٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Moses] said, "The Lord of the heavens and earth and that between them, if you should be convinced."(24) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ لِمَنْ حَوْلَهُۥٓ أَلَا تَسْتَمِعُونَ ﴿٢٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Pharaoh] said to those around him, "Do you not hear?"(25) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ رَبُّكُمْ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿٢٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Moses] said, "Your Lord and the Lord of your first forefathers."(26) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَكُمُ ٱلَّذِىٓ أُرْسِلَ إِلَيْكُمْ لَمَجْنُونٌ ﴿٢٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Pharaoh] said, "Indeed, your 'messenger' who has been sent to you is mad."(27) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقِ وَٱلْمَغْرِبِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَآ ۖ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿٢٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Moses] said, "Lord of the east and the west and that between them, if you were to reason."(28) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ لَئِنِ ٱتَّخَذْتَ إِلَٰهًا غَيْرِى لَأَجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلْمَسْجُونِينَ ﴿٢٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Pharaoh] said, "If you take a god other than me, I will surely place you among those imprisoned."(29) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ أَوَلَوْ جِئْتُكَ بِشَىْءٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿٣٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Moses] said, "Even if I brought you proof manifest?"(30) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ فَأْتِ بِهِۦٓ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ ﴿٣١﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Pharaoh] said, "Then bring it, if you should be of the truthful."(31) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَلْقَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ ثُعْبَانٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿٣٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International So [Moses] threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent manifest.(32) |
The Noble Qur'an وَنَزَعَ يَدَهُۥ فَإِذَا هِىَ بَيْضَآءُ لِلنَّٰظِرِينَ ع ﴿٣٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International And he drew out his hand; thereupon it was white for the observers.(33) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ لِلْمَلَإِ حَوْلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمٌ ﴿٣٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Pharaoh] said to the eminent ones around him, "Indeed, this is a learned magician.(34) |
The Noble Qur'an يُرِيدُ أَن يُخْرِجَكُم مِّنْ أَرْضِكُم بِسِحْرِهِۦ فَمَاذَا تَأْمُرُونَ ﴿٣٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International He wants to drive you out of your land by his magic, so what do you advise?"(35) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوٓا۟ أَرْجِهْ وَأَخَاهُ وَٱبْعَثْ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ ﴿٣٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "Postpone [the matter of] him and his brother and send among the cities gatherers(36) |
The Noble Qur'an يَأْتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمٍ ﴿٣٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International Who will bring you every learned, skilled magician."(37) |
The Noble Qur'an فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَٰتِ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ ﴿٣٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International So the magicians were assembled for the appointment of a well-known day.(38) |
The Noble Qur'an وَقِيلَ لِلنَّاسِ هَلْ أَنتُم مُّجْتَمِعُونَ ﴿٣٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And it was said to the people, "Will you congregate(39) |
The Noble Qur'an لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ ٱلسَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُوا۟ هُمُ ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ ﴿٤٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International That we might follow the magicians if they are the predominant?"(40) |
The Noble Qur'an فَلَمَّا جَآءَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ قَالُوا۟ لِفِرْعَوْنَ أَئِنَّ لَنَا لَأَجْرًا إِن كُنَّا نَحْنُ ٱلْغَٰلِبِينَ ﴿٤١﴾ |
English - Sahih International And when the magicians arrived, they said to Pharaoh, "Is there indeed for us a reward if we are the predominant?"(41) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ نَعَمْ وَإِنَّكُمْ إِذًا لَّمِنَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبِينَ ﴿٤٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "Yes, and indeed, you will then be of those near [to me]."(42) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ لَهُم مُّوسَىٰٓ أَلْقُوا۟ مَآ أَنتُم مُّلْقُونَ ﴿٤٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Moses said to them, "Throw whatever you will throw."(43) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَلْقَوْا۟ حِبَالَهُمْ وَعِصِيَّهُمْ وَقَالُوا۟ بِعِزَّةِ فِرْعَوْنَ إِنَّا لَنَحْنُ ٱلْغَٰلِبُونَ ﴿٤٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International So they threw their ropes and their staffs and said, "By the might of Pharaoh, indeed it is we who are predominant."(44) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَلْقَىٰ مُوسَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ ﴿٤٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then Moses threw his staff, and at once it devoured what they falsified.(45) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأُلْقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَٰجِدِينَ ﴿٤٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International So the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allah].(46) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوٓا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٤٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "We have believed in the Lord of the worlds,(47) |
The Noble Qur'an رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ ﴿٤٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International The Lord of Moses and Aaron."(48) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ ءَامَنتُمْ لَهُۥ قَبْلَ أَنْ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمْ ۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِى عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحْرَ فَلَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ ۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيْدِيَكُمْ وَأَرْجُلَكُم مِّنْ خِلَٰفٍ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمْ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿٤٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Pharaoh] said, "You believed Moses before I gave you permission. Indeed, he is your leader who has taught you magic, but you are going to know. I will surely cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will surely crucify you all."(49) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوا۟ لَا ضَيْرَ ۖ إِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ ﴿٥٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "No harm. Indeed, to our Lord we will return.(50) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّا نَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَٰيَٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٥١﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, we aspire that our Lord will forgive us our sins because we were the first of the believers."(51) |
The Noble Qur'an ۞ وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنْ أَسْرِ بِعِبَادِىٓ إِنَّكُم مُّتَّبَعُونَ ع ﴿٥٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And We inspired to Moses, "Travel by night with My servants; indeed, you will be pursued."(52) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَرْسَلَ فِرْعَوْنُ فِى ٱلْمَدَآئِنِ حَٰشِرِينَ ﴿٥٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers(53) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَشِرْذِمَةٌ قَلِيلُونَ ﴿٥٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band,(54) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّهُمْ لَنَا لَغَآئِظُونَ ﴿٥٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, they are enraging us,(55) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّا لَجَمِيعٌ حَٰذِرُونَ ﴿٥٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, we are a cautious society... "(56) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَخْرَجْنَٰهُم مِّن جَنَّٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ ﴿٥٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International So We removed them from gardens and springs(57) |
The Noble Qur'an وَكُنُوزٍ وَمَقَامٍ كَرِيمٍ ﴿٥٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International And treasures and honorable station -(58) |
The Noble Qur'an كَذَٰلِكَ وَأَوْرَثْنَٰهَا بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ﴿٥٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel.(59) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَتْبَعُوهُم مُّشْرِقِينَ ﴿٦٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International So they pursued them at sunrise.(60) |
The Noble Qur'an فَلَمَّا تَرَٰٓءَا ٱلْجَمْعَانِ قَالَ أَصْحَٰبُ مُوسَىٰٓ إِنَّا لَمُدْرَكُونَ ﴿٦١﴾ |
English - Sahih International And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!"(61) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ كَلَّآ ۖ إِنَّ مَعِىَ رَبِّى سَيَهْدِينِ ﴿٦٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International [Moses] said, "No! Indeed, with me is my Lord; He will guide me."(62) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱضْرِب بِّعَصَاكَ ٱلْبَحْرَ ۖ فَٱنفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرْقٍ كَٱلطَّوْدِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ﴿٦٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain.(63) |
The Noble Qur'an وَأَزْلَفْنَا ثَمَّ ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ ﴿٦٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And We advanced thereto the pursuers.(64) |
The Noble Qur'an وَأَنجَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥٓ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿٦٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And We saved Moses and those with him, all together.(65) |
The Noble Qur'an ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ ﴿٦٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then We drowned the others.(66) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٦٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(67) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ﴿٦٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(68) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱتْلُ عَلَيْهِمْ نَبَأَ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ ع ﴿٦٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And recite to them the news of Abraham,(69) |
The Noble Qur'an إِذْ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوْمِهِۦ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ ﴿٧٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International When he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship?"(70) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوا۟ نَعْبُدُ أَصْنَامًا فَنَظَلُّ لَهَا عَٰكِفِينَ ﴿٧١﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "We worship idols and remain to them devoted."(71) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ هَلْ يَسْمَعُونَكُمْ إِذْ تَدْعُونَ ﴿٧٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "Do they hear you when you supplicate?(72) |
The Noble Qur'an أَوْ يَنفَعُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَضُرُّونَ ﴿٧٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Or do they benefit you, or do they harm?"(73) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوا۟ بَلْ وَجَدْنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا كَذَٰلِكَ يَفْعَلُونَ ﴿٧٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "But we found our fathers doing thus."(74) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ أَفَرَءَيْتُم مَّا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ ﴿٧٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "Then do you see what you have been worshipping,(75) |
The Noble Qur'an أَنتُمْ وَءَابَآؤُكُمُ ٱلْأَقْدَمُونَ ﴿٧٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International You and your ancient forefathers?(76) |
The Noble Qur'an فَإِنَّهُمْ عَدُوٌّ لِّىٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٧٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, they are enemies to me, except the Lord of the worlds,(77) |
The Noble Qur'an ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَنِى فَهُوَ يَهْدِينِ ﴿٧٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International Who created me, and He [it is who] guides me.(78) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱلَّذِى هُوَ يُطْعِمُنِى وَيَسْقِينِ ﴿٧٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And it is He who feeds me and gives me drink.(79) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِذَا مَرِضْتُ فَهُوَ يَشْفِينِ ﴿٨٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International And when I am ill, it is He who cures me(80) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱلَّذِى يُمِيتُنِى ثُمَّ يُحْيِينِ ﴿٨١﴾ |
English - Sahih International And who will cause me to die and then bring me to life(81) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱلَّذِىٓ أَطْمَعُ أَن يَغْفِرَ لِى خَطِيٓـَٔتِى يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ ﴿٨٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And who I aspire that He will forgive me my sin on the Day of Recompense."(82) |
The Noble Qur'an رَبِّ هَبْ لِى حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِى بِٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ ﴿٨٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International [And he said], "My Lord, grant me authority and join me with the righteous.(83) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱجْعَل لِّى لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِى ٱلْءَاخِرِينَ ﴿٨٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And grant me a reputation of honor among later generations.(84) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱجْعَلْنِى مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ﴿٨٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And place me among the inheritors of the Garden of Pleasure.(85) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱغْفِرْ لِأَبِىٓ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ ﴿٨٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And forgive my father. Indeed, he has been of those astray.(86) |
The Noble Qur'an وَلَا تُخْزِنِى يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ ﴿٨٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International And do not disgrace me on the Day they are [all] resurrected -(87) |
The Noble Qur'an يَوْمَ لَا يَنفَعُ مَالٌ وَلَا بَنُونَ ﴿٨٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International The Day when there will not benefit [anyone] wealth or children(88) |
The Noble Qur'an إِلَّا مَنْ أَتَى ٱللَّهَ بِقَلْبٍ سَلِيمٍ ﴿٨٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International But only one who comes to Allah with a sound heart."(89) |
The Noble Qur'an وَأُزْلِفَتِ ٱلْجَنَّةُ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ ﴿٩٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International And Paradise will be brought near [that Day] to the righteous.(90) |
The Noble Qur'an وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلْجَحِيمُ لِلْغَاوِينَ ﴿٩١﴾ |
English - Sahih International And Hellfire will be brought forth for the deviators,(91) |
The Noble Qur'an وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْبُدُونَ ﴿٩٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And it will be said to them, "Where are those you used to worship(92) |
The Noble Qur'an مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ هَلْ يَنصُرُونَكُمْ أَوْ يَنتَصِرُونَ ﴿٩٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Other than Allah? Can they help you or help themselves?"(93) |
The Noble Qur'an فَكُبْكِبُوا۟ فِيهَا هُمْ وَٱلْغَاوُۥنَ ﴿٩٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International So they will be overturned into Hellfire, they and the deviators(94) |
The Noble Qur'an وَجُنُودُ إِبْلِيسَ أَجْمَعُونَ ﴿٩٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And the soldiers of Iblees, all together.(95) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوا۟ وَهُمْ فِيهَا يَخْتَصِمُونَ ﴿٩٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International They will say while they dispute therein,(96) |
The Noble Qur'an تَٱللَّهِ إِن كُنَّا لَفِى ضَلَٰلٍ مُّبِينٍ ﴿٩٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International "By Allah, we were indeed in manifest error(97) |
The Noble Qur'an إِذْ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿٩٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International When we equated you with the Lord of the worlds.(98) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَضَلَّنَآ إِلَّا ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ ﴿٩٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And no one misguided us except the criminals.(99) |
The Noble Qur'an فَمَا لَنَا مِن شَٰفِعِينَ ﴿١٠٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International So now we have no intercessors(100) |
The Noble Qur'an وَلَا صَدِيقٍ حَمِيمٍ ﴿١٠١﴾ |
English - Sahih International And not a devoted friend.(101) |
The Noble Qur'an فَلَوْ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةً فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٠٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then if we only had a return [to the world] and could be of the believers... "(102) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٠٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(103) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ع ﴿١٠٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(104) |
The Noble Qur'an كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ نُوحٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿١٠٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International The people of Noah denied the messengers(105) |
The Noble Qur'an إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ نُوحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٠٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International When their brother Noah said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?(106) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿١٠٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.(107) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٠٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me.(108) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٠٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.(109) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١١٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me."(110) |
The Noble Qur'an ۞ قَالُوٓا۟ أَنُؤْمِنُ لَكَ وَٱتَّبَعَكَ ٱلْأَرْذَلُونَ ﴿١١١﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?"(111) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ وَمَا عِلْمِى بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١١٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do?(112) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنْ حِسَابُهُمْ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّى ۖ لَوْ تَشْعُرُونَ ﴿١١٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive.(113) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١١٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And I am not one to drive away the believers.(114) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنْ أَنَا۠ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ ﴿١١٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International I am only a clear warner."(115) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَٰنُوحُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمَرْجُومِينَ ﴿١١٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned."(116) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوْمِى كَذَّبُونِ ﴿١١٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "My Lord, indeed my people have denied me.(117) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱفْتَحْ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَهُمْ فَتْحًا وَنَجِّنِى وَمَن مَّعِىَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١١٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then judge between me and them with decisive judgement and save me and those with me of the believers."(118) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَنجَيْنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ ٱلْمَشْحُونِ ﴿١١٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship.(119) |
The Noble Qur'an ثُمَّ أَغْرَقْنَا بَعْدُ ٱلْبَاقِينَ ﴿١٢٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones.(120) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٢١﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(121) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ع ﴿١٢٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(122) |
The Noble Qur'an كَذَّبَتْ عَادٌ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿١٢٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International 'Aad denied the messengers(123) |
The Noble Qur'an إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ هُودٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٢٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International When their brother Hud said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?(124) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿١٢٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.(125) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٢٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me.(126) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٢٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.(127) |
The Noble Qur'an أَتَبْنُونَ بِكُلِّ رِيعٍ ءَايَةً تَعْبَثُونَ ﴿١٢٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International Do you construct on every elevation a sign, amusing yourselves,(128) |
The Noble Qur'an وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَخْلُدُونَ ﴿١٢٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And take for yourselves palaces and fortresses that you might abide eternally?(129) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُم بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ ﴿١٣٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International And when you strike, you strike as tyrants.(130) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٣١﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me.(131) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَمَدَّكُم بِمَا تَعْلَمُونَ ﴿١٣٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And fear He who provided you with that which you know,(132) |
The Noble Qur'an أَمَدَّكُم بِأَنْعَٰمٍ وَبَنِينَ ﴿١٣٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Provided you with grazing livestock and children(133) |
The Noble Qur'an وَجَنَّٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ ﴿١٣٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And gardens and springs.(134) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنِّىٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيْكُمْ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿١٣٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, I fear for you the punishment of a terrible day."(135) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوا۟ سَوَآءٌ عَلَيْنَآ أَوَعَظْتَ أَمْ لَمْ تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْوَٰعِظِينَ ﴿١٣٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "It is all the same to us whether you advise or are not of the advisors.(136) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنْ هَٰذَآ إِلَّا خُلُقُ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿١٣٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International This is not but the custom of the former peoples,(137) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمُعَذَّبِينَ ﴿١٣٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International And we are not to be punished."(138) |
The Noble Qur'an فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهْلَكْنَٰهُمْ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٣٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And they denied him, so We destroyed them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(139) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ع ﴿١٤٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(140) |
The Noble Qur'an كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿١٤١﴾ |
English - Sahih International Thamud denied the messengers(141) |
The Noble Qur'an إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ صَٰلِحٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٤٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International When their brother Salih said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?(142) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿١٤٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.(143) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٤٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me.(144) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٤٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.(145) |
The Noble Qur'an أَتُتْرَكُونَ فِى مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ ﴿١٤٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International Will you be left in what is here, secure [from death],(146) |
The Noble Qur'an فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَعُيُونٍ ﴿١٤٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International Within gardens and springs(147) |
The Noble Qur'an وَزُرُوعٍ وَنَخْلٍ طَلْعُهَا هَضِيمٌ ﴿١٤٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International And fields of crops and palm trees with softened fruit?(148) |
The Noble Qur'an وَتَنْحِتُونَ مِنَ ٱلْجِبَالِ بُيُوتًا فَٰرِهِينَ ﴿١٤٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And you carve out of the mountains, homes, with skill.(149) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٥٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me.(150) |
The Noble Qur'an وَلَا تُطِيعُوٓا۟ أَمْرَ ٱلْمُسْرِفِينَ ﴿١٥١﴾ |
English - Sahih International And do not obey the order of the transgressors,(151) |
The Noble Qur'an ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ ﴿١٥٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."(152) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْمُسَحَّرِينَ ﴿١٥٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "You are only of those affected by magic.(153) |
The Noble Qur'an مَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا فَأْتِ بِـَٔايَةٍ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ ﴿١٥٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International You are but a man like ourselves, so bring a sign, if you should be of the truthful."(154) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةٌ لَّهَا شِرْبٌ وَلَكُمْ شِرْبُ يَوْمٍ مَّعْلُومٍ ﴿١٥٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "This is a she-camel. For her is a [time of] drink, and for you is a [time of] drink, [each] on a known day.(155) |
The Noble Qur'an وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوٓءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿١٥٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And do not touch her with harm, lest you be seized by the punishment of a terrible day."(156) |
The Noble Qur'an فَعَقَرُوهَا فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ نَٰدِمِينَ ﴿١٥٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International But they hamstrung her and so became regretful.(157) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ ۗ إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٥٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International And the punishment seized them. Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(158) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ع ﴿١٥٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(159) |
The Noble Qur'an كَذَّبَتْ قَوْمُ لُوطٍ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿١٦٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International The people of Lot denied the messengers(160) |
The Noble Qur'an إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ أَخُوهُمْ لُوطٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٦١﴾ |
English - Sahih International When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?(161) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿١٦٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.(162) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٦٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me.(163) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٦٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.(164) |
The Noble Qur'an أَتَأْتُونَ ٱلذُّكْرَانَ مِنَ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٦٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International Do you approach males among the worlds(165) |
The Noble Qur'an وَتَذَرُونَ مَا خَلَقَ لَكُمْ رَبُّكُم مِّنْ أَزْوَٰجِكُم ۚ بَلْ أَنتُمْ قَوْمٌ عَادُونَ ﴿١٦٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And leave what your Lord has created for you as mates? But you are a people transgressing."(166) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوا۟ لَئِن لَّمْ تَنتَهِ يَٰلُوطُ لَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْرَجِينَ ﴿١٦٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "If you do not desist, O Lot, you will surely be of those evicted."(167) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ إِنِّى لِعَمَلِكُم مِّنَ ٱلْقَالِينَ ﴿١٦٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "Indeed, I am, toward your deed, of those who detest [it].(168) |
The Noble Qur'an رَبِّ نَجِّنِى وَأَهْلِى مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١٦٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International My Lord, save me and my family from [the consequence of] what they do."(169) |
The Noble Qur'an فَنَجَّيْنَٰهُ وَأَهْلَهُۥٓ أَجْمَعِينَ ﴿١٧٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International So We saved him and his family, all,(170) |
The Noble Qur'an إِلَّا عَجُوزًا فِى ٱلْغَٰبِرِينَ ﴿١٧١﴾ |
English - Sahih International Except an old woman among those who remained behind.(171) |
The Noble Qur'an ثُمَّ دَمَّرْنَا ٱلْءَاخَرِينَ ﴿١٧٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then We destroyed the others.(172) |
The Noble Qur'an وَأَمْطَرْنَا عَلَيْهِم مَّطَرًا ۖ فَسَآءَ مَطَرُ ٱلْمُنذَرِينَ ﴿١٧٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International And We rained upon them a rain [of stones], and evil was the rain of those who were warned.(173) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٧٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(174) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ع ﴿١٧٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(175) |
The Noble Qur'an كَذَّبَ أَصْحَٰبُ لْـَٔيْكَةِ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ ﴿١٧٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International The companions of the thicket denied the messengers(176) |
The Noble Qur'an إِذْ قَالَ لَهُمْ شُعَيْبٌ أَلَا تَتَّقُونَ ﴿١٧٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International When Shu'ayb said to them, "Will you not fear Allah?(177) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنِّى لَكُمْ رَسُولٌ أَمِينٌ ﴿١٧٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger.(178) |
The Noble Qur'an فَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَأَطِيعُونِ ﴿١٧٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International So fear Allah and obey me.(179) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَسْـَٔلُكُمْ عَلَيْهِ مِنْ أَجْرٍ ۖ إِنْ أَجْرِىَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٨٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds.(180) |
The Noble Qur'an ۞ أَوْفُوا۟ ٱلْكَيْلَ وَلَا تَكُونُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلْمُخْسِرِينَ ﴿١٨١﴾ |
English - Sahih International Give full measure and do not be of those who cause loss.(181) |
The Noble Qur'an وَزِنُوا۟ بِٱلْقِسْطَاسِ ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمِ ﴿١٨٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And weigh with an even balance.(182) |
The Noble Qur'an وَلَا تَبْخَسُوا۟ ٱلنَّاسَ أَشْيَآءَهُمْ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ ﴿١٨٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International And do not deprive people of their due and do not commit abuse on earth, spreading corruption.(183) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ وَٱلْجِبِلَّةَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿١٨٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And fear He who created you and the former creation."(184) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّمَآ أَنتَ مِنَ ٱلْمُسَحَّرِينَ ﴿١٨٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International They said, "You are only of those affected by magic.(185) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَنتَ إِلَّا بَشَرٌ مِّثْلُنَا وَإِن نَّظُنُّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْكَٰذِبِينَ ﴿١٨٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International You are but a man like ourselves, and indeed, we think you are among the liars.(186) |
The Noble Qur'an فَأَسْقِطْ عَلَيْنَا كِسَفًا مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ ﴿١٨٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International So cause to fall upon us fragments of the sky, if you should be of the truthful."(187) |
The Noble Qur'an قَالَ رَبِّىٓ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿١٨٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International He said, "My Lord is most knowing of what you do."(188) |
The Noble Qur'an فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمْ عَذَابُ يَوْمِ ٱلظُّلَّةِ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ عَذَابَ يَوْمٍ عَظِيمٍ ﴿١٨٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And they denied him, so the punishment of the day of the black cloud seized them. Indeed, it was the punishment of a terrible day.(189) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّ فِى ذَٰلِكَ لَءَايَةً ۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٩٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed in that is a sign, but most of them were not to be believers.(190) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ ع ﴿١٩١﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.(191) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَنزِيلُ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ ﴿١٩٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds.(192) |
The Noble Qur'an نَزَلَ بِهِ ٱلرُّوحُ ٱلْأَمِينُ ﴿١٩٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International The Trustworthy Spirit has brought it down(193) |
The Noble Qur'an عَلَىٰ قَلْبِكَ لِتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُنذِرِينَ ﴿١٩٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners -(194) |
The Noble Qur'an بِلِسَانٍ عَرَبِىٍّ مُّبِينٍ ﴿١٩٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International In a clear Arabic language.(195) |
The Noble Qur'an وَإِنَّهُۥ لَفِى زُبُرِ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ﴿١٩٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And indeed, it is [mentioned] in the scriptures of former peoples.(196) |
The Noble Qur'an أَوَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُمْ ءَايَةً أَن يَعْلَمَهُۥ عُلَمَٰٓؤُا۟ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ﴿١٩٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International And has it not been a sign to them that it is recognized by the scholars of the Children of Israel?(197) |
The Noble Qur'an وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ ﴿١٩٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners(198) |
The Noble Qur'an فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيْهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿١٩٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And he had recited it to them [perfectly], they would [still] not have been believers in it.(199) |
The Noble Qur'an كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَٰهُ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ ﴿٢٠٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International Thus have We inserted disbelief into the hearts of the criminals.(200) |
The Noble Qur'an لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ بِهِۦ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُا۟ ٱلْعَذَابَ ٱلْأَلِيمَ ﴿٢٠١﴾ |
English - Sahih International They will not believe in it until they see the painful punishment.(201) |
The Noble Qur'an فَيَأْتِيَهُم بَغْتَةً وَهُمْ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ ﴿٢٠٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International And it will come to them suddenly while they perceive [it] not.(202) |
The Noble Qur'an فَيَقُولُوا۟ هَلْ نَحْنُ مُنظَرُونَ ﴿٢٠٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International And they will say, "May we be reprieved?"(203) |
The Noble Qur'an أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسْتَعْجِلُونَ ﴿٢٠٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International So for Our punishment are they impatient?(204) |
The Noble Qur'an أَفَرَءَيْتَ إِن مَّتَّعْنَٰهُمْ سِنِينَ ﴿٢٠٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International Then have you considered if We gave them enjoyment for years(205) |
The Noble Qur'an ثُمَّ جَآءَهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يُوعَدُونَ ﴿٢٠٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And then there came to them that which they were promised?(206) |
The Noble Qur'an مَآ أَغْنَىٰ عَنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يُمَتَّعُونَ ﴿٢٠٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International They would not be availed by the enjoyment with which they were provided.(207) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَآ أَهْلَكْنَا مِن قَرْيَةٍ إِلَّا لَهَا مُنذِرُونَ ﴿٢٠٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International And We did not destroy any city except that it had warners(208) |
The Noble Qur'an ذِكْرَىٰ وَمَا كُنَّا ظَٰلِمِينَ ﴿٢٠٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International As a reminder; and never have We been unjust.(209) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَا تَنَزَّلَتْ بِهِ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ ﴿٢١٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International And the devils have not brought the revelation down.(210) |
The Noble Qur'an وَمَا يَنۢبَغِى لَهُمْ وَمَا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ ﴿٢١١﴾ |
English - Sahih International It is not allowable for them, nor would they be able.(211) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّهُمْ عَنِ ٱلسَّمْعِ لَمَعْزُولُونَ ﴿٢١٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed.(212) |
The Noble Qur'an فَلَا تَدْعُ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ فَتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلْمُعَذَّبِينَ ﴿٢١٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International So do not invoke with Allah another deity and [thus] be among the punished.(213) |
The Noble Qur'an وَأَنذِرْ عَشِيرَتَكَ ٱلْأَقْرَبِينَ ﴿٢١٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And warn, [O Muhammad], your closest kindred.(214) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱخْفِضْ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ ﴿٢١٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International And lower your wing to those who follow you of the believers.(215) |
The Noble Qur'an فَإِنْ عَصَوْكَ فَقُلْ إِنِّى بَرِىٓءٌ مِّمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿٢١٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And if they disobey you, then say, "Indeed, I am disassociated from what you are doing."(216) |
The Noble Qur'an وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ ﴿٢١٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International And rely upon the Exalted in Might, the Merciful,(217) |
The Noble Qur'an ٱلَّذِى يَرَىٰكَ حِينَ تَقُومُ ﴿٢١٨﴾ |
English - Sahih International Who sees you when you arise(218) |
The Noble Qur'an وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِى ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ ﴿٢١٩﴾ |
English - Sahih International And your movement among those who prostrate.(219) |
The Noble Qur'an إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ﴿٢٢٠﴾ |
English - Sahih International Indeed, He is the Hearing, the Knowing.(220) |
The Noble Qur'an هَلْ أُنَبِّئُكُمْ عَلَىٰ مَن تَنَزَّلُ ٱلشَّيَٰطِينُ ﴿٢٢١﴾ |
English - Sahih International Shall I inform you upon whom the devils descend?(221) |
The Noble Qur'an تَنَزَّلُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ أَفَّاكٍ أَثِيمٍ ﴿٢٢٢﴾ |
English - Sahih International They descend upon every sinful liar.(222) |
The Noble Qur'an يُلْقُونَ ٱلسَّمْعَ وَأَكْثَرُهُمْ كَٰذِبُونَ ﴿٢٢٣﴾ |
English - Sahih International They pass on what is heard, and most of them are liars.(223) |
The Noble Qur'an وَٱلشُّعَرَآءُ يَتَّبِعُهُمُ ٱلْغَاوُۥنَ ﴿٢٢٤﴾ |
English - Sahih International And the poets - [only] the deviators follow them;(224) |
The Noble Qur'an أَلَمْ تَرَ أَنَّهُمْ فِى كُلِّ وَادٍ يَهِيمُونَ ﴿٢٢٥﴾ |
English - Sahih International Do you not see that in every valley they roam(225) |
The Noble Qur'an وَأَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ مَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ ﴿٢٢٦﴾ |
English - Sahih International And that they say what they do not do? -(226) |
The Noble Qur'an إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ وَذَكَرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَٱنتَصَرُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعْدِ مَا ظُلِمُوا۟ ۗ وَسَيَعْلَمُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَىَّ مُنقَلَبٍ يَنقَلِبُونَ ع ﴿٢٢٧﴾ |
English - Sahih International Except those [poets] who believe and do righteous deeds and remember Allah often and defend [the Muslims] after they were wronged. And those who have wronged are going to know to what [kind of] return they will be returned.(227) |
